THINKING AHEAD – Real estate broker Michael Olear of MJ Peterson will lead informational seminars for seniors and their caregivers at 2 p.m. Tuesday and 11 a.m. Feb. 17 in Brookdale Kenmore, 2971 Delaware Ave., Kenmore.
The sessions, entitled “The Four-Step Moving Plan,” will provide information on real estate topics such as right-sizing and preparing for a move. Admission is free. The public is welcome. To register, call 880-4442.

REMINDER – Deadline is Feb. 10 for applications for a $1,500 scholarship for high school seniors who live in the Town of Amherst and plan to major in music in college, either as instrumental or vocal majors.
