Narcotics detectives with the Buffalo Police and Erie County Sheriff's Office arrested a Buffalo man Friday morning on felony drug charges after executing a search warrant at his home on W. Tupper Street, officials said.
Jose Nazario, 37, was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession with intent to sell drugs. Investigators found a half ounce of heroin, suboxone and marijuana at his apartment, located across the street from Herman Badillo Bilingual Academy.
Over the last month, detectives allegedly made three undercover purchases from Nazario on the West Side, police records show. He was at the Erie County Holding Center pending his arraignment in City Court.
