Food deliveryman punched, robbed on Wyoming Avenue

A food deliveryman was punched, threatened with a gun and robbed Tuesday night on Wyoming Avenue, according to a Buffalo police report.

The victim told police he was delivering four subs to an address on the 100 block of Wyoming, between Northland Avenue and Scajaquada Street, at about 9 p.m.

When he arrived at the address, a man with a gun approached him and demanded money. The victim apparently "froze up," so the robber punched him in the face, according to the report.

The robber took the four subs and money, told the victim to get on the ground and then fled on foot heading east on Northland.
