H&M, a fast-fashion retailer based in Sweden, will open a new location at Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls USA.
The 21,000-square-foot store will carry clothing for men, women, teens, newborns and children; and have a store-within-a-store format for accessories. It is slated to open this summer.
The store will be located in the mall's new wing across from Forever 21. It will take over space formerly occupied by several other stores, including Perry Ellis, which has closed and Steve Madden, which closed earlier this week as well as temporary holiday retailers Go Game! and Just Cozy. It will also use space now occupied by the Cosmetics Company Store, which will temporarily be relocated near Vera Bradley before finding a permanent space near Michael Kors later in the year.
H&M has locations at Boulevard Mall and Walden Galleria. The chain sells affordable, quick-to-market trendy apparel and accessories. It opened its first U.S. store 17 years ago and now has 521 locations across the country. It employs about 16,000 people across the United States.
