A Falconer man was charged Tuesday with drug possession and endangering the welfare of a child after a police raid on the man's apartment turned up methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, according to Jamestown Police.
There was a 15-year-old in the residence, Jamestown Police said.
Ryan L. Percey, 35, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and criminal use of a hypodermic instrument, Jamestown Police said.
