Como Park Townhouses, a six-unit residential development in the Village of Lancaster, received a green light from the Lancaster Planning Board.
The single-story structure will be located on Como Park Boulevard west of Penora Street on a .92-acre parcel, said Kevin Loftus, Lancaster Town attorney.
Developer Kulback's Construction Inc. plans two-bedroom units with a garage and rear patio. Each unit will rent for approximately $1,500, Loftus said. A zoning variance from residential to multifamily residential will be required.
"It's been in front of the Planning Board numerous times on the rezoning application as well as site plan approval," Loftus said.
The Planning Board on Wednesday tabled a second site plan review for a mixed-use project at 473 Aurora St.
Board members sought more information on the 14,000-square-foot wood frame project with commercial space on the first floor and eight apartments on the second floor, plus parking.
