A Rochester-based commercial real estate management firm has acquired a former envelope-manufacturing warehouse and facility in Orchard Park from a Connecticut-based printing and office products company.
Yaro Enterprises, a family-owned commercial real estate company that was formed in 2005 by President Yaroslav Kirik, paid $3.3 million in late December to acquire a 154,511-square-foot industrial warehouse at 100 Centre Drive.
The facility, which was built in 1988, was used most recently by Quality Park Products, a division of Stamford, Conn.-based Cenveo Corp., which sold the facility. The parent company, Cenveo Inc., is a publicly traded provider of print and related services, including envelopes, custom labels, commercial printing, publishing and business documents. It has $2 billion in annual revenues and 8,100 employees.
Cenveo in November announced that it was selling Quality Park, its office products envelope business, to LSC Communications, including two facilities that it did not identify.
Yaro manages 22 properties with about 643,000 square feet of industrial and office space, according to its website.
"As a landlord, we strive to provide a great building at a great price, and we look forward to supporting Buffalo-based businesses in the same way we have supported businesses all across the country," said Yaro Vice President Tony Kirik.
