The unrepaired water main break at Niagara Falls Boulevard and 47th Street still affects the restrooms in the Angelo A. DelSignore Civic Building in Niagara Falls. So the state Office of Court Administration will move Niagara County Family Court proceedings to Niagara Falls City Court, 1925 Main St., beginning Tuesday.
Toilets are working only in the basement of the three-story DelSignore Building at Third Street and Cedar Avenue, said Andrew B. Isenberg, district executive for the 8th Judicial District. Family Court proceedings will move back when water service returns to normal.
State Supreme Court won't move because it has fewer staffers and visitors, Isenberg said. But any jury trials will be moved to the Main Street site.
