Man apparently on drugs charged with breaking into Niagara Falls motel

A Niagara Falls man was accused of breaking into a Third Street motel on Wednesday, according to a city police report.

A witness told police he saw a man smash a second-floor window at the Passport Inn, 523 Third, around 5:20 p.m. When the officer went to look in the window, he saw a man inside who was looking out the window, according to the report.

"Do not come in my house," the man inside allegedly told the officer.

Glen J. Ford, 39, of Niagara Street, appeared to be impaired by drugs and was charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief, according to the report.
