The Healthy 10: Snow Roll, sun salutation fundraiser among events this week

Take a "snow roll" with Slow Roll Buffalo this week, learn more about doulas and pose at a special Sun Salutation yoga class (Who couldn't use that right about now?). Meet the Doula Night: 7 p.m., Creative Wellness, 726 Main St., third floor, East Aurora. Led by Creative Motherhood and designed to highlight services including pregnancy and birth doula services, postpartum doula services, support groups, childbirth education and breastfeeding support. Diabetes self-management program: Weekly six-week program starts at 9 a.m., Eastern Niagara Hospital, 521 East Ave., Lockport; also a weekly 16-week diabetes prevention workshop, designed to prevent or delay Type 2 diabetes, starts at 6 p.m., American Legion, 8643 Buffalo Ave., Niagara Falls.
