"CBS Evening News" anchor Jeff Glor is a noted Buffalo Bills fan, given his roots in Tonawanda.
CBS was among the national news outlets that have picked up the tremendous outpouring of donations from Bills fans for the Andy and Jordan Dalton Foundation as a thank you for Dalton's late heroics Sunday. With Dalton and the Cincinnati Bengals beating the Baltimore Ravens, the Bills got into the playoffs, breaking the dreaded 17-year drought.
Donations from Bills fans and other donors have topped $170,000. Buffalo fans have been donating $17 apiece to mark the end of the 17-year playoff drought.
Glor interviewed the Daltons toward the end of Tuesday night's broadcast. He ended the show with "Let's go, Buffalo."

Glor's signoff reminded many Western New Yorkers of how Buffalo native Tim Russert used to sign off of "Meet the Press" every Sunday with, "Go Bills."
