Irving teen accused of making threat with knife

A young Irving man who allegedly pulled a knife during an argument has been charged with menacing in the second degree.

Nathan C. Kaczor, 18, was arrested Sunday at about 10 p.m. in the Village of Silver Creek and charged with the Class A misdemeanor.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office reported that Kaczor allegedly used a pocket knife to threaten to kill another person during an incident on Babcock Avenue. Deputies located Kaczor a short time afterward and he was taken into custody.

After an appearance before Judge Anthony Pearl, Kaczor was released on his own recognizance.
