Trial of former Cuomo aide Percoco is delayed two weeks

The trial of Joseph Percoco, a former top aide to Gov. Andrew Cuomo, has been delayed by two weeks.

The New York City trial for Percoco and three others was to begin  Jan. 8, but has been moved to January 22, the Albany Times Union reported.

Defense lawyers requested the delay after an error in processing evidence. Prosecutors from the U.S. attorney's office agreed to the date change.
