Kiedrowski steps down as chairman of Niagara County GOP

Scott P. Kiedrowski is stepping down as chairman of the Niagara County Republican Committee so that he can time to his jtake on an expanded role for his job at with Batavia Downs an& Gaming.

He had served two terms serving as a volunteer chairman of the GOP committee and cited these accomplishments: The party is in excellent shape; GOP maintained control of the county legislature and picked up a seat on the Niagara Falls City Council.

Kiedrowski explained that as vice president of operations, he is now responsible for managing "the entire day to day operations of not only Batavia Downs but all of our related entities."

Adam Van DeMark of Lockport will assume the chairman's role and in September 2018 the County Republican Committee will select a chairman for a full term.
