Tim Graham Show: Richie Incognito on his emotions heading into 150th game

Richie Incognito's name and reputation went unblemished throughout his 34 years on Earth until last week, when he stiffed the "Tim Graham Show."

Wednesday on Sports Radio 1270 The Fan the four-time Pro Bowl guard called in to redeem himself.

Mostly, though, we discussed what lies before the Buffalo Bills this Sunday.

Beat the Miami Dolphins and he'll finish with a winning record for the first time in his career. Get a little help in another game or two and he'll break into the playoffs while helping end the Bills' 17-year playoff skid.

Incognito discussed the big moment with co-host crooked Mike Rodak and me, shared how rookie coach Sean McDermott and defensive tackle Kyle Williams get the players sharpened before each game, admitted scoreboard watching will be inevitable and how he has mastered his emotions as he plays his 150th career game.

The "Tim Graham Show" airs Wednesdays from 4 to 6 p.m. on Sports Radio 1270 The Fan. Listen to archived episodes and subscribe to the podcast on iTunes.
