The St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute Board of Trustees Tuesday announced the appointment of the head of a co-ed college preparatory school in Strafford, Pa., as the school's next president.
Christopher Fulco, head of the Woodlynde School, will become president at St. Joe's upon the retirement of Robert T. Scott on June 30.
Fulco has more than 20 years' experience in education and leadership.
According to Scott, the board's search committee conducted a comprehensive national search for a president.
“Throughout the process, there were opportunities for members of the school community — students, parents, faculty, alumni, and friends — to provide valuable feedback and insights,” Scott said in a statement Tuesday.
Fulco will become St. Joe’s fourth president on July 1.
