Driver with five license suspensions charged with false impersonation during traffic stop

A Niagara Falls motorist faces several vehicle and traffic violations after he allegedly gave City of Tonawanda police a false name during a traffic stop Monday.

Lardell W. Tucker, 33,  was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, false personation and driving without a license following a traffic stop on Bouck Street.

Police said Tucker gave officers a name of  William Tucker after being pulled over. Officers were suspicious and, eventually, Tucker admitted he was using a false name because he had five suspensions on his driver's license.

Tucker was held on $250 bail.
