A Buffalo man accused of stabbing a man who was dating a woman he knew faces an attempted murder charge.
Tyron A. Fish, 27, of Davidson Avenue, was also indicted on assault and weapon charges. Assistant District Attorney Amy Benedict said Fish violated his parole by going to an ex-girlfriend's house in the 200 block of Millicent Avenue in the predawn hours of Sept. 26 and attacking the 25-year-old victim.
At Fish's arraignment in State Supreme Court Wednesday, Benedict said the victim was stabbed three times in the arm, hip and abdomen, with one cut severing an aortic artery.
