Man accused of pulling gun on resident who asked him to stop urinating in his driveway

A Buffalo man was accused of threatening a man with a gun Sunday night after the victim found him urinating in his driveway, according to a Buffalo police report.

The incident happened at about 9:20 p.m. on Roslyn Street, off Genesee Street near Bailey Avenue. Demetrius V. Moore, 39, was arrested by Buffalo police about 30 minutes later at a gas station at East Delavan Avenue and Texas Street, according to the report.

Police recovered a loaded handgun from the center console of Moore's vehicle. Moore was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree menacing, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest and exposure.

A passenger in the vehicle, Larry Young, 39, of Amherst, was charged with second-degree weapons possession.
