Kenneth L. Graham of Niagara Falls was sent to state prison for the fourth time in his life Wednesday. State Supreme Court Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr. gave him a one-to-three-year sentence for a felony count of driving while intoxicated.
In all, it was the 19th arrest and 12th conviction for Graham, 56, of Lafayette Avenue. The June 28 traffic stop in the Town of Niagara led to his third DWI conviction.
Graham's prison resume includes three years served for two 1984 burglaries, four years for a 1987 robbery and two years for a 2002 assault. All the crimes occurred in Niagara County.
