Reward offered in February homicide in Buffalo

Up to a $2,500 reward is being offered for information on a fatal shooting in Buffalo from February.

Mario Hayes, 41, was found dead at about 8:50 p.m. Feb. 3 at 116 St. Louis Ave., according to Crime Stoppers Buffalo. The organization is offering up to a $1,000 reward, while Buffalo police are offering up to $1,500 for information.

There have been 40 homicides in Buffalo so far this year.
