Two shotguns, a black powder rifle and other items were stolen in a burglary reported Saturday to Northwest District police.

An Ontario Street man said his home, between Fuller Street and Lamont Place, was entered sometime between noon Thursday and 10:30 a.m. Saturday.

One of the shotguns was a Remington semiautomatic model, the victim said.

Besides the firearms, valued at a total of $2,200, the resident said the intruders stole a 46-inch television set, a boat motor, a fish finder and a laptop computer. The total value of the stolen property was estimated at $6,200.
