Construction and engineering firm Wendel Companies has expanded its Midwestern presence with a new office in Ohio's state capital.
The Amherst-based company opened a new location in the Columbus suburb of Upper Arlington, led by Craig Burcham, a 13-year veteran of energy engineering and energy management services. The new office, which opened in response to a growing client base in the state, will initially focus on energy efficiency services, particularly for the higher education and K-12 markets, as well as for state and local governments.
“We are excited about our new location in Ohio. We are closer to our clients, allowing us to better serve their needs. Our newest office supports our continued growth and expansion in the Midwest and beyond,” said Wendel President and CEO Stewart Haney.
Wendel also has offices in Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, New York City, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Richmond, Washington, D.C., Eau Claire, Wisc.; and Clarksburg, W.Va.
