On a day when all of the attention was on the quarterback position, the Buffalo Bills did have some other things going on.
Namely, practice, their first full-scale session of the week in preparation for Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Chargers at StubHub Center.
The biggest news from Wednesday's session was that several players didn't participate: offensive tackle Cordy Glenn (foot/ankle), defensive end Jerry Hughes (shin/calf), tight end Charles Clay (knee) and running back Mike Tolbert (hamstring).
Running back LeSean McCoy, defensive tackle Kyle Williams and linebacker Lorenzo Alexander were given the day off to rest.

Wide receiver Zay Jones, who missed last Sunday's loss against the New Orleans Saints with an ankle injury, practiced fully Wednesday.
Cornerback E.J. Gaines (hamstring) and wide receiver Jordan Matthews (knee) were limited participants.

Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers, who is in concussion protocol, practiced on a limited basis Wednesday.
Coach Anthony Lynn is encouraged about Rivers' progress and his chances of playing Sunday.
"Absolutely, yeah, absolutely," Lynn said. "He's gotten better every single day and I think he'll be fine."
