Natale Builders' proposal to construct 30 patio homes in a new subdivision at Roll and Newhouse roads in Clarence has received the final approvals it needs from town officials.
The town Planning Board unanimously approved the development plan for the project at last week's meeting, said James B. Callahan, Clarence's director of community development. That came after Natale officials met with neighbors on Roll Road to address concerns about buffering and sewer connections.
Natale still has to get building permits before starting construction.
Company President Angelo Natale previously said he plans to finish construction next spring or summer on the first houses.
Natale plans to build 30 patio homes with condominium status on 22 acres of vacant land on Roll Road, just to the east of Transit Road. The project, including land acquisition and infrastructure, has an estimated cost of $14.5 million.
