Women sought by authorities after purses, golf bags stolen from Lancaster Walmart

Lancaster Police on Saturday afternoon were looking for two women -- one with the shape of a heart shaved on the side of her head -- in connection with a $300 larceny at the Walmart store on Transit Road, according to Lancaster Police on Saturday.

The incident occurred at approximately 3:20 p.m. at the Walmart store at 4975 Transit, according to Lancaster police.

About $200 to $300 in merchandise -- including purses and golf bags -- was taken in the incident, Lancaster police said.

The women, whose age was undetermined, fled northbound on Transit in an older model tan GMC sports utility vehicle, said police.
