A pair of dinosaurs went on a rampage through the newsroom of The Buffalo News Thursday morning, mauling reporters, tossing editors asunder – and making sure they got some publicity for this weekend's Dino Daze event at the Buffalo Museum of Science.
The dinosaurs were promoting the two-day dinosaur-themed event, scheduled from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 11 and 12, which will include a foam fossil dig in a giant pit, an opportunity to create your own dinosaur claw, dinosaur walking impressions and photo ops with Vinnie the Velociraptor and Teddy the T-Rex.
Admission is $15 for adults, $10 for children, $11 for seniors 62 and over. Members of the military and veterans get in free Saturday for Veterans Day. Admission is free for members. Additional supply fees apply for the "Fossil Creek Sifting Station."
