A man and woman told Buffalo police that a heated argument turned violent just after 2:30 a.m. Saturday on the West Side.
Jose R. Flores, 26, of Ferguson Street and Romaine A. Jirdon, 19, of West Ferry Street were charged with third-degree assault and second-degree harassment. Jirdon also was charged with second-degree menacing and Flores with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
The woman told police that Jirdon pointed a BB gun at her head and threatened to shoot her before both men attacked her and the other victim. The two men pistol whipped the male victim and then both defendants punched the man in the face, police reported.
When officers arrived, Flores fled. He was apprehended with a prescription pill and a straw with white powder, police reported.
