Falls workshops look to lower stress for those of all ages

Two hourlong workshops during the next week in Niagara Falls, titled “Less Stress, Better Health and More Love,” will look to help seniors, other adults and teens better solve physical, emotional, social and spiritual challenges in their lives.

The first will start at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, the second at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 6. Both will take place in the LaSalle Library,  8728 Buffalo Ave, Those who would like to attend must register with Complete Senior Care by calling 285-8248.

Those who are unable to attend are encouraged to visit to register and plug in to a 7 p.m. webinar on Monday that will cover the same information.

The Health Association of Niagara County Inc. program is funded by the Ralph C. Wilson Legacy Funds at the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo.

It is based on an earlier HANCI program that was honored by AARP’s Social Impact Award as “a simple mind-body-spirit program for seniors, adults and teens of any faith ... or no faith.”
