A Niagara Falls woman pleaded guilty to a felony Friday for running down another woman with her car after a confrontation Jan. 12.
Victoria R. Mozell, 32, of Hope Boulevard, accepted a plea offer to a reduced charge of attempted first-degree reckless endangerment. She also agreed to pay up to $3,500 of the victim's medical bills that were not covered by insurance.
Niagara County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III scheduled sentencing for Dec. 15. Mozell could go to prison for as long as four years.
The confrontation occurred at the victim's home, Assistant District Attorney Claudette S. Caldwell said. The victim suffered back injuries, Caldwell said.
