Cops: Buffalo man threatened man with knife to force him into prostitution

A Buffalo man has been accused of trying to compel another man to engage in prostitution by holding a knife to his face and throat on Thursday night, according to a Buffalo police report.

Hussein I. Alradhi, 29, was arrested at 7:41 p.m. on the 500 block of Ontario St., according to the report.

The victim told police Alradhi was trying to force him to prostitution with other males he didn't know. The victim alleged Alradhi threatened to kill him if he didn't comply. Alradhi also grabbed the victim by the hair and hit him with a boot, the report said.

Police recovered a knife from a rear bedroom, according to the report.

Alradhi was charged with second-degree promoting prostitution, second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, third-degree assault and two counts of second-degree harassment, the report said.
