Three charged with shoplifting at Orchard Park Kohl's

Orchard Park police charged three Buffalo residents, one of them waiting in a get-away car, in connection with the theft of more than $900 worth of items Friday night from Kohl's Department Store at Quaker Crossing.

Police report they arrived at the store about 8:30 p.m. to find Shaquana F. Bush, 30, and Alexis L. Rose, 23, fleeing from the  store to a vehicle pulled up in front of the doors. As the women got in the car, officers boxed in the vehicle, preventing them from escaping.

The two women and the car's driver, James L. Rucker, 22, were arrested and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and sixth-degree conspiracy. Rucker also was charged with driving a vehicle with a suspended registration and no inspection and the women also were charged with petit larceny.
