Jameis Winston still not throwing to WRs in Bucs practice but says he wants to play vs. Bills

Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston, who sprained the AC joint in his throwing shoulder in last week's game, reportedly made short tosses before Thursday's practice but was still not allowed to throw passes to wide receivers, although he maintained that he wants to play Sunday against the Bills.

"I'm ready," Winston reportedly said Thursday. "When it's time to let me go, I'm ready."

When the team decides it's "time" seems to be the bigger question. Multiple Buccaneers reporters expressed doubt Winston could play. Former Bill Ryan Fitzpatrick would start if Winston can't go. Winston didn't throw at Wednesday's practice, either.
