The Sabres were booed off the KeyBank Center ice following the first period today as the New Jersey Devils took a 2-0 lead in a game that saw Buffalo forwards manage just two of the team's six shots on goal in the opening 20 minutes.
Not much offense at all. Where was the 'O'? Well, there was an extra one on the back of winger Kyle Okposo's sweater.
That's right. Okposo started the game with name spelled "OKOPOSO" on his No. 21 blue top. Late in the period, he was given a new one with the name spelled properly.

Okposo is one of several Sabres who has yet to do much on offense this season, with no points in the season's first seven periods of play, plus Thursday's overtime against Montreal.
The Sabres had a similar faux pas during last year's development camp with goaltending prospect Jonas Johansson, who had a 'JOHANOSSON" on his sweater.
Usually at least one player in development camp has messed-up jersey. This year's Sabres winner is Jonas Johansson. pic.twitter.com/DyFQ4w73tP
