After Channel 2 anchor Scott Levin had back surgery four years ago, he and his wife, Lisa, started to think about buying a home where everything would be on the first floor.
Wednesday, they did just that, moving from their home in one Clarence subdivision into a patio home in another 5 miles east in Clarence Center.
"I wanted to live on one floor," Scott Levin said. "I was tired of the steps all the time."
The Levins paid $735,756 for the home on Foxglove Court, in the Spaulding Green subdivision, between Goodrich and Greiner roads, in a sale that closed Wednesday, according to a record at the Erie County Clerk's Office. They sold their old home on Everwood Court South for $499,000.
Wednesday was the couple's first night in the new home built by Jurek Builders. It has three bedrooms, including a master suite, and 2½ bathrooms.
