Buffalo Bills insider Chris Brown joined John Murphy and Donald Jones on WGR-550 AM on Monday.
Chris Brown talked through the main reason the Bills are 3-1, the importance of the coaching staff's influence and how highly Brown thinks of them. They finished the conversation talking about how Zay Jones can move past the "Carolina drop" and not allow it to get in his head in subsequent games.
Head coach Sean McDermott's press conference was also played, where he updated the injury status of Jordan Matthews, how it felt to win in Atlanta and moving on to Cincinnati.
Donald Jones, on acquiring a wide receiver to replace the injured Jordan Matthews: "You need someone that understands this offense in the passing game and the running game."
John Murphy on the Tre'Davious White fumble recovery for touchdown: "I just don't understand how not only did they make the call, but it was upheld upon review."
John Murphy: "I think I have a much clearer view of Tyrod Taylor after 32 games ... I think you can win with him."
Sean McDermott: "Our team has to be focused on the Cincinnati Bengals."
Chris Brown: "I think this is the best coaching staff since the Levy years — I don't think it's close. Top to bottom this is the best staff I've seen here."
