Each apartment of the 65-unit, three-story building has a 12’x10’ balcony patio that makes the most of the scenic beauty. Access to footpaths throughout the park make it ideal for a morning power walk or evening stroll.
Residents are greeted indoors by a beautiful two-story, stacked stone fireplace on the first level, with another fireplace on the second level. In addition to a central elevator, there is a secure, electronic entry system and 24-hour maintenance in the building.
Each apartment is beautifully appointed starting in the fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel, energy-saving appliances. There are quartz countertops and a breakfast bar. Each unit also has its own washer and dryer, and plenty of storage, including a walk-in closet.
Spacious bathrooms include a ceramic tile bath/shower with a lower threshold for ease of entry. Bathrooms are connected to walk-in closets for convenience.
Apartments are ADA-compliant with grab bars in the bathrooms and all units are handicap accessible. All units also feature central air conditioning.
For those who want to use the community rooms for entertaining (with prior reservation), the kitchens are fully equipped with dishes and a dishwasher. The first level community room also has a fun shuffleboard game.

Weber notes too that there is an affiliation with Park Creek Assisted Living. If a resident is no longer able to maintain an independent lifestyle, the transition to the assisted living facility can be made seamless.
Pets (cats and small dogs) are permitted on the first level, with a one-time $300 pet fee.
