FURLANETTO - Anna September 8, 2017, of Buffalo, NY. Beloved daughter of the late Gino and Rosina (nee Novo) Furlanetto; sister of the late Diane (late Tony "Red") Sambrotto and late Wilma (late Sal) Piccillo; loving aunt of Ray (Beverly) Sambrotto, Anthony (Angela) Sambrotto, Mark (Susan) Piccillo, Cheryl (Chris Reading) Piccillo, Rosanne (Joe) Smith, Kathleen Deardorff and Paul Piccillo; also survived by many great-nieces and great-nephews across the country. Family and friends may call at THE COLONIAL MEMORIAL CHAPELS, INC., 3003 South Park Ave., Lackawanna, NY on Wednesday at 9 AM. Prayers at 10:45. Mass of Christian Burial from St. Thomas Aquinas Church at 11:15. Anna was a woman ahead of her time-a trail-blazer. From a family of immigrants, Anna achieved a 40-plus year career at General Mills in the Accounting Department. She cared lovingly for her parents, was a warm and loving sister and spoiled her nieces and nephews. Anna loved to travel and visited countless countries with her travel groups. Her family is forever grateful for the loving care provided to Anna by Orchard Heights. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, alz.org.
