Kenmore Police charged a Kinsey Avenue man with third-degree possession of marijuana, a class E felony, after serving a warrant at his home in the 400 block of the street on Friday evening.
Anthony Nardello, 40, was arrested as part of an ongoing investigation into marijuana sales in the village, according to Kenmore police. A class E felony possession charge means a suspect is in possession of 8 ounces or more of marijuana. First-time offenders could face up to a year and half in jail if convicted.
Nardello was arraigned in the Village of Kenmore and held in lieu of $25,000 bail.
