Sunflowers in Sanborn: A new photo craze

Whether it's due to the power of Instagram or the gravitational pull of FOMO – the fear of missing out – a farm in Sanborn, NY, is bustling with visitors.

The farm, owned by Chad and Louise Danielewicz at the corner of Route 31 and Baer Road, boasts acres of sunflowers in full bloom, perfect for family trips, nature photographers, dates and for those with a passion for taking selfies.

We're not sure if he was at the Danielewicz Farm on assignment or simply suffering from his own FOMO, News photographer John Hickey produced this impressive gallery – free from Instagram filters – of the Sanborn attraction.

Sanborn is a rural town of roughly 1,600 people, located about seven miles west of Lockport.
