A BIT OF EVERYTHING – Mount St. Mary Academy, 3756 Delaware Ave., Town of Tonawanda, hosts a community business market and craft show along with a classic car show and food truck rally from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday.
The day also features the school’s Jazz Ensemble and Dance Team and, at 5:30 p.m., its award-winning Marching Band. There will be games for kids, a theme basket raffle, a beer tent and a wine tasting tent with Becker Farms Wines.
There’s also a pizza taste-off contest at 1 p.m., where a $5 ticket offers more than a dozen types of pizza; a Chiavetta’s chicken barbecue at 3 p.m. with dinners for $10; and a 3 p.m. meat raffle, where a $5 ticket includes beer and pop.

FUN IN LACKAWANNA – A Resource and Wellness Fair kicks off the sixth annual Lackawanna Community Fun Days from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday at the Lackawanna Public Library, 560 Ridge Road. In addition to free health testing and information, there will be a child car seat safety check from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Damaged, expired or recalled car seats will be replaced.
Assemblywoman Crystal D. Peoples-Stokes will present awards at the annual gala at 6 p.m. Friday in Lucarelli’s Banquet Center, 1830 Abbott Road. Tickets are $60.
Festivities conclude from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the library with a Pop-Up Park, a free family fun session with bounce houses, music, pony rides, games, giveaways and food trucks. For more information and for tickets for the gala, visit

JUST DUCKY – The Rotary Club of Buffalo will hold its third annual Duck Derby, where hundreds of sponsored rubber ducks will race for cash prizes of $250, $125 and $75 Saturday from the Blue Line Bridge at Canalside.
Festivities, which include face painting and food trucks, begin at 11:30 a.m. Race time is 2 p.m. Ducks can be adopted for a $5 donation on race day or in advance at Winners do not have to be present. Proceeds benefit the Rotary Reads Kids Club, which provide programs at nine libraries in Buffalo.

The Three Stooges

NYUK, NYUK, NYUK – Comics Curly, Larry and Moe return Saturday to the Riviera Theatre, 67 Webster St., North Tonawanda, for the 26th annual Three Stooges Film Festival.
It begins at 7 p.m. with an interlude on the theater’s Mighty Wurlitzer organ, stand-up comedy from Pancho Parrish, an introduction by host Lenny Potwora at 7:30 and seven Three Stooges shorts. Door prizes will be given away following the fourth film. Tickets are $12, $7 for children 12 and under.
