Cordy Glenn and Jordan Matthews are getting closer, but they're not there yet.
Buffalo Bills coach Sean McDermott said the team will bring Glenn and Matthews along for their trip to Baltimore on Saturday for the third preseason game, but neither is expected to play against the Ravens.
"Jordan Matthews as well as Cordy Glenn, both of which are progressing well, they will make the trip," McDermott said Thursday. "Continue to list them as day to day. We believe they're headed in the right direction moving forward.
"I really don't" expect them to play "at this point. We do want to get them acclimated to traveling with us and going through that process, staying in the hotel the night before, being involved in the meetings. We also may even look at having them warm up with the team and be on the sideline, too. So just getting them acclimated to the process."
Ruled out for Saturday's game are safety Colt Anderson (foot), wide receiver Jeremy Butler (concussion), wide receiver Rod Streater (toe) and rookie linebacker Tanner Vallejo (knee). McDermott said that Vallejo underwent a knee scope Wednesday and is listed as week to week.
Defensive tackle Marcell Dareus has a "little bit of a hip issue going on," McDermott said, and is listed as day to day, as are right tackle Jordan Mills (illness) and cornerback Kevon Seymour (shoulder). Seymour was hurt in practice Wednesday.
