NTC Marketing, which imports tropical fruit sold under the Libby's name, has sold its building in Williamsville following its move to larger office space in Amherst.
NTC on Aug. 10 sold its building at 5680 Main St., near the intersection of North and South Ellicott streets, for $465,000 to RMF Properties LLC, according to county property records.
Michael C. DeRose, an NTC co-owner, said the company had moved in April. The new space at Uniland Development Co.'s Sheridan Meadows Corporate Park, 6400 Sheridan Drive, has 7,500 square feet, DeRose said.
NTC has held the long-term license in North America for Libby's since 1983. Its products include pineapple, mango and papaya.
The buyer of 5680 Main, which has about 3,100 square feet, is Robert F. Fahey Jr., a Snyder resident and founder of a financial planning firm based in Snyder that bears his name. Fahey said the firm is expanding from its office at 40 Bernhardt Drive, which has about 1,300 square feet, and it likely will have co-tenants in the new space. The move should be completed by next month.
