Lackawanna Community Fun Days: Kicks off from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a resource and wellness fair in the Lackawanna Public Library, 560 Ridge Road. Health screenings, information and a car seat safety check from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. hosted by Every Person Influences Children (EPIC) and Catholic Health. Any damaged, expired and recalled car seats will be replaced. A pop-up park is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the library; the free event will feature bounce houses, pony rides, games, food trucks and music.
WNY Refresh Walk and Wellness Fair: 9 a.m. to noon, Ellicott Creek Park Shelter #14, 1 Ellicott Creek Drive, Town of Tonawanda. Events include a 9:15 a.m. Exercise Like the Animals fitness class for kids of all ages; a 10 a.m. family wellness walk; and an 11 a.m. group fitness class by Shannon's Fitness & Dance. All are free.
Family Fun on Saturday Afternoon: Noon to 5 p.m., last day next Saturday, Middle Block, Old Falls Street, Niagara Falls. Arts and crafts, interactive children’s performers, “Exercise Like the Animals” fitness sessions and block party from noon to 2 p.m. Free.
