Sponsored by NYS Citizens Against Puppy Mills, it will offer vendors, food trucks, live music from the Duke James Band and 2nd Time Around, and a variety of dogs and other animals for adoption.
Buddy, the big white pit bull, a hit at the first Petpalooza last year, will be back in his booth from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., offering kisses for $1. Admission is free.
