Reward offered in killing of 48-year-old man

Authorities are offering a reward for information in one of Buffalo's latest homicides.

Leon Nelson, 48, was found dead in the area of 196 May St. on July 31, according to Crime Stoppers Buffalo.

Buffalo police have not said how Nelson was killed.

Crime Stoppers Buffalo is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information that leads to an arrest or indictment in the case.

The organization asks anyone who has information to call 716-867-6161.
