NCCC to offer free entrepreneurship classes

Local entrepreneurs are invited to participate in a series of free classes next month, aimed at helping small businesses succeed.

The Microenterprise Entrepreneur Series will include eight free classes touching on entrepreneurship, human resource management, record keeping and budgeting, financing sources and ratio analysis, tax compliance, business insurance, and leadership and self-motivation.

Classes will be held on Saturdays from 8:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. from Sept. 9 through Sept. 30 at Niagara County Community College, 3111 Saunders Settlement Road in Sanborn. There will be two classes held consecutively each Saturday with a break for lunch.

The classes are presented by the Niagara Small Business Development Center. Those who complete all eight classes will receive a certificate of completion. To register, call 210-2515 or email sbdc@niagaracc.suny.edu. For more information, visit NiagaraSBDC.org.
