A Town of Chautauqua man was arrested Monday on several drug and weapons charges as a result of the execution of a search warrant at his home on Aug. 1, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
Dana L. Erhard, 60, of Nettle Hill Road, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree possession of marijuana, second-degree possession of a weapon and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, according to the Sheriff's Office.
