A man found with a known prostitute on a vacant city lot apparently had other desires on his mind when he was picked up by Buffalo Police late Saturday morning.
When officers approached Robert Hopkins and the unidentified woman, he "became verbally agitated," according to a police report. He acknowledged that he was wanted on a warrant from the Erie County Sheriff's Office, but asked to be taken to the hospital first to "get his leg checked."
Officers searched Hopkins and found loose pills, heroin and crack cocaine. They took him to Erie County Medical Center, where more crack fell from his "groin area." Then, while leaving the hospital, still more crack fell from his groin area.
He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
