Two 18-year-olds were arrested in Tonawanda Wednesday night after police found they had broken into a home.
Just before midnight, Town of Tonawanda police responded to a call about suspicious people with flashlights outside a neighboring home, according to police. Officers found broken glass, a broken-in door and the two 18-year-olds. Both were charged with burglary, possession of burglar tools, larceny, criminal mischief and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
They were arraigned in Tonawanda Town Court on Thursday morning and sent to the Erie County Holding Center. The two have a court date on Aug. 15.
